Official visit of Congo’s Minister of Fisheries

The Congolese delegation reviewed progress on the new ARESA fishing fleet

The Minister of Fisheries of the Democratic Republic of  Congo RDC visited the Aresa Shipyard facilities in Arenysde Mar (Barcelona) to learn about the new fishing fleet ARESA SHIPYARD is building for this country.

Composed of diferent units of Aresa 1200 A and Aresa 1600 S coastal fishing vessels, which will soon be delivered it final destination.

During the visit, the Congolese delegation observed the construction progress and learned about the technological innovations integrated into these models, designed to strengthen the national fishing fleet.

This visit reinforces the collaboration between Aresa Shipyard and the Government of the RDC, highlighting the shipyard’s ongoing commitment to the development of the maritime and fishing industry in Africa.
